How to go about having your special event in our facility
Step 1: Review our Facility Use Guidelines document, Building Use Request Form and Building Use Fees. If these are agreeable with you...
Step 2: Contact the church office to check availability: 269-857-2929 or [email protected].
Step 3: Submit the filled in, signed Building Use Request Form to the church office, via email or mail (PO Box 633, Saugatuck, MI 49453) for approval.
Step 4: Upon Trustee approval, your event will be placed on our church calendar and any fees required will be collected via a check, payable to First Congregational Church of Saugatuck. There is a $100 refundable security deposit required to "lock-in" your date on our Activity Calendar. Our Office Manager will then be your communications liaison for access to the building and any other needs you might have.
