Welcome!
The First Congregational Church of Saugatuck is a Christian community open to all! And by "all", we mean that all are welcome and wanted! Together, we work at growing our ministries of welcome, understanding and hospitality each and every week. These days we are a family of wanderers, sinners, movers and shakers, the weary and lost, those with eager minds and deep questions, children of all ages, long time residents of Saugatuck and people just passing through... All kinds of kinds. Members and guests of the First Congregational Church of Saugatuck will find that we uplift faithful education, creative worship, authentic spiritual experience, environmental stewardship, community leadership, and acts of service at home and around the world. We hope that you join us at 10am on Sunday for our weekly in-person worship service. |
Lent 2024 - Wandering HeartFebruary 14th- Easter Sunday, March 31st
This Lent, we are focusing on the life and faith of one of Jesus' most famous disciples. In Peter, we see a person who is both steadfast and unsteady, a dear friend and a betrayer, a follower and a wanderer. In Peter, we often see ourselves.
